We are looking forward to seeing speakers there on August 28th
The Annual Speaker’s Bureau training session will be held on Tuesday, August 28th, from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at the Canadian Mental Health Association located at 5420 Orchard Park Highway #6 North. This event will provide those from United Way funded agencies the opportunity to learn how to get involved with the speaker's bureau and to use the campaign to get the word out about their agency.
Anyone who will be speaking at a United Way presentation should attend including an agency volunteer, employee, or recipient of programming.
This year, Erin Kenney, our Marketing and Communications Associate will be presenting the newly created United Way agency toolkit and will talk briefly on public relations strategies that will help you communicate your message.
