The launch of the first phase of “The Well-Being of Children Birth to Six: A Report Card for Wellington-Dufferin and Guelph” will take place during a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

The Report Card is linked to the widely endorsed Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Children’s Charter of Rights. It identifies areas of strength and vulnerability and will act as a planning tool for service providers. The Report Card will also aid in the development of local priorities and a local plan of action and to track improvement over time.

The Report Card is available for download.
