United Way of Guelph & Wellington regularly conducts studies and publishes research regarding the social service issues for people living in the community.

The research documents reflect issues and conditions related to the following populations: persons living in poverty; children; youth; individuals; families; seniors; newcomers (immigrants and refugees); and persons with health conditions and disabilities (mental and physical). The United Way also studies topics related to philanthropy, volunteerism and community capacity building.
