Invest in a brighter future – for everyone.

The Tomorrow Fund, our endowment fund for social services, was established in 2008. Gifts are invested and only the interest on the capital will be spent. The investment income earned will be used to support essential services and programs in our community.

Making a bequest in your will is the most common and often the easiest way to participate in The Tomorrow Fund. When creating or revising a will it is recommended you obtain the assistance of your legal advisor.

The most flexible type of bequest is unrestricted, enabling us to use the interest for general purposes of The Tomorrow Fund.

It is simple and easy to include the United Way of Guelph and Wellington as a beneficiary in your will. Below are examples of sample bequest language.

Specific Amount Bequest: I give the sum of $________ to The Tomorrow Fund, the endowment fund of the United Way of Guelph and Wellington.

A Residual Bequest: I give % of the residue of my estate to The Tomorrow Fund, the endowment fund of the United Way of Guelph and Wellington.

A Postponed Residual Bequest: Upon the death of the survivor of ________________ and me, I give the residue of my estate to The Tomorrow Fund, the endowment fund of the United Way of Guelph and Wellington.
